50% deposit at time of booking with the balance paid the date of your session. If client needs to cancel within 7 days of their scheduled session a new shoot date must be ageed upon within 7 days from the original session date. No Refunds. • Professional Makeup Artist and/or Hair Stylist recommended to compliment your images. If you need these services we can provide a list of preferred vendors.
• Prices indicated do not include copyright ownership. Additonal fees will be negotiated for such rights on an individual basis.
• All images will contain WLP logo unless negotiated and a “no logo use” fee has been established.
• We offer customized package pricing to allow for almost any size of budget. Sessions are priced per job with fees based on time, location, travel, set-up, and participants/product.
• Post edits require a (2) two week turn cycle.
• Client will be required to cover all travel and lodging expenses for shoots at Client requested locations that require a 24 hour or greater stay.
• Complete details reviewed at time of your booking.
Legal
All models featured on this site have signed a model release and are the age of 18 or older. All Photo Shoots will require a Model Release signed along with a photo id with proof of age. In the event the Model is under the age of 18 a Parent or Legal Guardian must co-sign the release.
