Creativity without vision is worthless. A camera can snap an image, but when not influenced by an intelligent being, it's just an image. This photo titled "The Birds", was taken at mile marker 40 on the North shore of Padre Island in Texas. Inaccessible by any vehicle without four-wheel drive, this shot was taken while on a camping trip and in just a split second. I did however, take the time to compose the scene to get the most birds in and at least a wave to pull the viewer in to the natural element of the moment. I saw this as it was happening and captured it to share with others. I live by my statement that "Creation is equal only to vision", a saying that is presented within this image and all my other photos both film and digital. Without it, what's the point?
